The Hotel Concord is in an excellent location near the train station, airport bus, city buses, the metro and the old tram to Sassi. The main sights of Turin are all within a comfortable walking distance. Our room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and well serviced each day. The breakfast was the best we have ever had in Italy, a great choice and beautifully presented. The hotel staff were wonderful. The concierge was amazingly helpful and gave us great advice. The breakfast staff took real pride in their display and were constantly refilling plates or tidying up. Everybody was very polite. We loved this hotel.

If you’re travelling by train, it’s ideal - a five minute walk. It’s close to major landmarks - ten minutes from the Egyptian Museum, three from Via Roma for shopping. Friendly and helpful staff, with excellent English, happy to order a taxi, offer a restaurant recommendation, directions, a spare heater for an unwell guest. If you’re travelling with seniors, it’s perfect. Working lifts, rooms closest to the elevators have accessibility features, ramps are available to access the breakfast room, good signage. Excellent buffet breakfast - greet choice of savory/sweet options.

A wonderful hotel in a very pleasant part of Torino which is also convenient for Porta Susa station. Our room was truly excellent. Torino was our first Italian city on a long awaited rail tour of Italy (our first overseas holiday for almost 20 years) and our stay at Hotel Concord was the perfect start. We left wishing we could have stayed longer. We would like to specifically say thank you to the professional and friendly staff at Hotel Concord who made us feel very welcome, were extremely helpful and provided us with a wonderful start to our holiday. Grazie di tutto.

The location close-by to restaurants, point of interest, train station, overall facilities including room and mainly the welcoming staff was extraordinary. Particularly, Francesco was very professional and courteous by assisting us beyond our expectations. Breakfast buffet options were outstanding during our 4 day mid-July 2024. We had no chance to use the modern fitness center due to our tight schedule. We felt secure walking around, to and from the hotel at different times of the day/evenings.

Bar service was excellent with friendly staff, and good prices. Our room was big enough for two, and was well equipped. Breakfast was fantastic, with a huge choice of food. Overall it was a rematch experience, and our next visit to Turin we will definitely stay there again. Absolutely faultless.
